I have a headache like this all the time. You should contact your doctor. There are good chances of suffering from a migraine and need something more than medicine to help you understand how to tackle. You did well to track the number of days it would also be useful to the dr. If the level of severity on a scale of 1-10 in length. Ten being the worst, the speed of their headaches on a daily basis. Use this information with you in the Dominican Republic. Some migraine headaches, no matter how you cut or absence of gravity. Please try to treat
It is unhealthy and very unusual for a headache, which are longer than a day. Although it a bit scared and disease have been taken, it should not happen. Sounds like a cluster headache - and this alone can cause anxiety. And work very well, which creates more fear.
My recommendation would be to see a doctor as soon as possible. You do not have a tumor! But you have something serious happens, and must be checked. You're probably dehydrated too, especially after an antibiotic.

Good luck!
Yep. I had to.
I have a headache, but I know that some people get sinus infections. Antibiotics do not cure allergies. You need something, "says breast" in it.
Use ibuprofrin for pain. Less rebound headaches than most other pain relievers.
You can go and see a doctor and get an MRI, but the chance is a brain tumor are very low. Is it possible? sure. But very unlikely.
There are some things that could be the problem. When was the last time was examined your eyes? This could be the problem. I have bad acid reflux and my head does hurt a lot, because that too. Tell your doctor if it worsens.
